Implant Supported Bridge/Denture & All-on-4® treatment concept.
For a better quality of life and a boost of confidence!
The term All-on-4® refers to “all” teeth being supported “on four” dental implants, a surgical and technique prosthodontics procedure for total rehabilitation for patients with badly broken down teeth, decayed teeth or compromised teeth due to gum disease or patients with other forms of prosthesis. It consists by placing four implants in the anterior maxilla, where bone density is higher. The four implants support a fixed prosthesis with 10 to 14 teeth and it is placed immediately, typically within 24 hours of surgery.
Implant manufacturer Nobel Biocare was among the first to identify the evolution of the All-on-4® technique as a potential valid and cost-effective alternative to conventional implant techniques. During this time this technique was also used by various other clinicians around the world.
All-on-4® is not an invention, but rather a treatment technique that has evolved over time. At Applecross House we use this technique as well as another called an Implant Supported Bridge/Denture. Our Implant supported Bridges/Dentures are multiple implants placed in the jaw bone to fit a prothesis bridge or denture (removable or fixed).
If you have missing teeth, loose dentures, lack of confidence with your dentures when eating/speaking, come and see us why a Dental Implant Supported Bridge/Denture may be right for you. Denture implants are especially beneficial because you don’t have to deal with messy adhesives or ugly clasps. Once you get replacement teeth, you’ll be more comfortable, confident, and have an overall better quality of life. With teeth, speaking is easier, smiling is a joy, and eating is no problem.
